আজকের অঘটন(Today's incident) 10.05.2021

        আমার অতীত বলার আগে আজকের একটা ঘটনা বলি। জানিনা কতখানি ভালো লাগবে আজকের ঘটনাটি শুনে। আজ এই করনার পরিস্থিতিতে ৫৫ কিমি মোটরসাইকেল চালিয়ে এক জন রোগীকে ঔষধ দিয়ে আসলাম কোনো মজুরি ছাড়াই। এবার আপনারা ভাবতে পারেন যে হয়তো আমার কোনো স্বার্থ আছে তাই কোনো টাকা পয়সা নেয়নি। আসল ব্যাপারটা হলো রোগীটা এতটাই গরীব যে আমি ওনাকে টেলিফোনে ঔষধের নাম বলে দিলেও হয়তো বাইরে থেকে কিনে আনতে পারবেন না এই করনার পরিস্থিতিতে। তাই আজ আমি নিজে ঔষধ পৌঁছে দিতে গেছিলাম। আমি কতটা ঠিক কাজ করেছি জানিনা তবে মন থেকে আনন্দ অনুভব করতে পারছি আজ। এতে আপনাদেরও কিছু মতামত জানতে চাই আমি। হয়তো এটা সেরকম কোন বড়ো ঘটনা নয় কিন্তু এটা আমার কাছে অনেক আনন্দের বিষয়। যে কাজটা আমরা মন থেকে ভালোবেসে করি তাতে মনে শান্তি ও আনন্দ পাওয়া যায় এটাই বাস্তব।

         Before telling my past, let me tell you a story from today.  I don't know how good it would be to hear today's incident.  Today, in this situation, I gave medicine to a patient by riding a 55 km motorcycle without any payment.  Now you may think that maybe I have some interest so I didn't take any money.  The fact is that the patient is so poor that even if I tell him the name of the medicine on the telephone, he may not be able to buy it from outside in this situation.  So today I went to deliver the medicine myself.  I don't know how much I did, but I can feel the joy in my heart today.  I want to know some of your views on this.  Maybe it's not such a big event but it's a lot of fun for me.  The work that we do with love from the heart brings peace and joy to the mind.
