সাঁওতালী বাহা বুঙঁগা ( Santali Baha Bunga festival )

       সাঁওতালী বাহা বুঙঁগা এটি একটি সাঁওতাল সমাজের বড়ো ও বিশিষ্ট অনুষ্ঠান । যেটা বাংলার চৈত্র বৈশাখ মাসের দিকে হয়ে থাকে। অন্যান্য মাসেও হয়ে থাকে তবে সে ক্ষেত্রে গ্রামের পাঁচ মোরল আর গ্রামের মানুষ মিলে দিন ঠিক করেন কবে অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজন করা হবে। সমাজের কল্যাণ ও বিপদের হাত থেকে রক্ষা কামনা করে মারাঙ বুরু- জাহের আয়ো এবং অন্যান্য দেবতাদের পূজা অর্পণ করা হয়।

       Santali Baha Bunga is a big and prominent event of Santal society.  Which happens in the month of Chaitra Baishakh in Bengal.  It also happens in other months, but in that case the five Moroles of the village and the people of the village decide the day when the ceremony will be organized.  Worship of Marang Buru-Jaher Ayo and other deities is offered for the welfare of the society and protection from danger.
